I remember the days when personal computer stores data on cassette. That meant anything to be done by the computer existed on a tape cassette or a floppy disk out side the computer first. Lots of money was spent on storage boxes.

There were also multi-user computer systems that were built using several terminal connected to a central processor. These contained hard drives on which one could permanently save and organize information.

Then came some advance and cheap personal computers with power automation.
& that modernization had brought the human task so simple and quick.

I wanted to share my experience, my knowledge and my views with people and thats why I chose blogging.

I love surfing on Internet and collecting information about every single topic that interest me but I was struggling with data saving problem.
It is almost next to impossible to store all the data therefore I searched for a software which can save my web pages.

Organizing web pages is also a challenging task.
After digging my head in a freeware site's browser utility section I found a exceptionally good software keepoint, it has many surprising features like it can annotate, save web pages, organize links.
And one feature which I admire the most is, it's export feature by which you can share your web research with your friends or work mate.

And it is free!!

I have decided to publish my own list of top 5 favorite offline browsing software that I had liked & using from long time. The term “software” here does not necessarily mean a program but can also mean some form of technology be it open source or not. Bare in mind, that the following software are ones that I have used personally and have had years experienced playing with. You can also check out and give a try……….
